Transportation
Geneva Airport is directly connected to the city centre by bus and train. Participants staying in one of our partner hotels will receive an email containing a TPG transport pass to activate upon arrival, making public transport free of charge for them during their stay.
For all other participants, tickets are available at the standard TPG (Geneva Public Transport) fare, either at ticket machines located at the stops or through the TPG+ app, available on Google Play and the App Store.
Further information regarding public transport accessibility to the convention venue and evening events will be communicated at a later date.
Check-in
Upon arrival, our team will welcome you at the check-in desk to provide your badge, goodie bag and, if applicable, your hotel room key. The location and opening hours will be communicated soon. Our team will also be available to answer any questions you may have.
Workshops
If you have already purchased your ticket, you will receive a form approximately two weeks before the event to select one workshop for each of the three sessions. Around twenty hands-on workshops will be offered.
You may register for the workshops of your choice or decide not to attend any. As some workshops are particularly popular, places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Meals
The meal venues will be announced shortly. When purchasing your ticket, you will be able to indicate your dietary preferences and allergies. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to provide any additional information.
Social Program
What would an SMSC be without a social programme? There is nothing better than a festive atmosphere to meet new people and unwind after a day full of learning! We are preparing two surprise evenings, and further details will be revealed very soon.
